By downloading the Strain ID mobile application, visiting our website at www.mystrainid.com, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be 21 years of age or older to use Strain ID. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that cannabis is legal in your jurisdiction.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Strain ID app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
All sales of sticker packs are final. Because each sticker pack contains a unique QR code that activates your sticker designs in the app, we are unable to offer refunds once a QR code has been scanned and activated.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an error, or never arrives, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at hello@mystrainid.com and we will make it right.
Each sticker pack contains a single-use QR code. Once scanned and activated, the QR code is associated with your device or account and may not be transferred, resold, or shared. We are not responsible for lost or stolen QR codes.
All content in the Strain ID app and website — including sticker artwork, graphics, logos, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to Strain ID and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Strain ID content without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of notes, ratings, or other content you create in the app. By submitting such content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the Strain ID service to you. We do not share your personal strain notes or data with other users.
Strain ID is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Strain ID does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strain ID and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strain ID and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Strain ID after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
